Refund Policy

MakrPrep is operated by John Roper, trading as "MakrPrep". We want you to be happy with your subscription, and if it isn't right for you, we'll refund it.

30-day money-back guarantee

We offer a 30-day money-back guarantee on your first paid month. If you're not satisfied, you can request a full refund within 30 days of the charge date. New accounts also get a 14-day free trial before any payment is taken, so most people never need this at all.

How to request a refund

Our order process is conducted by our online reseller Paddle.com, the Merchant of Record for MakrPrep. Paddle handles all refund requests. To request a refund:

• Go to paddle.net and enter the email address you used to subscribe, or use the link on the receipt Paddle emailed you.
• Or email us at hello@makrprep.com and we will pass the request to Paddle on your behalf.

Refunds are returned to the original payment method and typically appear within 5–10 business days, depending on your bank or card issuer.

Cancellations

You can cancel your subscription at any time from Settings → Billing. Cancelling stops future renewals; your access continues until the end of the current billing period. Cancelling by itself does not trigger a refund of the current period. request a refund using the process above if you're within the 30-day window.

Beyond the 30-day window

Outside the 30-day money-back window, subscription payments are generally non-refundable. We may still consider refund requests on a case-by-case basis in line with Paddle's Refund Policy and applicable consumer law.
