Before you start
- Do I need a card to start the trial?
- No. You only add payment details if you decide to subscribe at the end of the 14 days.
- Can I cancel any time?
- Yes, from Settings in the app. You keep access until the end of the month or year you've paid for, and there's no minimum term.
- Can I get my money back?
- Yes. Monthly: your first paid month comes with a 30-day money-back guarantee. Annual: you can ask for a full refund within 30 days of paying. Ask through Paddle, who handle our payments.
- Will the price go up?
- Not on the annual plan. Your annual price never goes up for as long as you renew annually. The monthly price may change in future, and we'll tell you before it does.
- Can you help me get set up?
- Yes. Send us your spreadsheet and we'll set it up. Email it to hello@makrprep.com and John will load your first recipes for you.
- What happens to my data if I cancel?
- It's kept, so you can pick up where you left off if you come back. You can also export a full backup at any time.
- Which currency will I pay in?
- Your local currency where Paddle supports it, worked out from where you are. UK and EU prices include VAT; US and Canadian prices are shown before sales tax.
- Is there a price per user?
- No. One subscription covers your business.
