Recurring events
This article covers reusable order templates for regular markets or repeat business.
Before you start
Have your usual recipe line-up in mind for a given market or repeat customer.
Steps
- Open Recurring Events (under Workspace).
- Create one: name, customer, and product lines (recipe + quantity), the same shape as an order.
Pick a date and use "Add to plan" to generate a real Order from the template.

A recurring event template expanded, showing its recipe lines and the 'Add to plan on [date]' action - For a one-off event, just log it as a normal Order instead of building a template.
What to expect
Only recurring, reusable line-ups are worth building as a template. Anything you're only doing once belongs directly in Orders.
Common issues
- Applied a template but the order doesn't reflect a one-time change: edit the resulting Order directly after applying. The template itself stays unchanged for next time.
