Creating your account and signing in

This article helps you create a MakrPrep account and sign back in later.

Before you start

Nothing needed.

Steps

Go to makrprep.com/auth, this page defaults to Sign in.
The auth page, defaulting to the Sign in form with Email/Password fields, Continue with Google, Forgot password?, and a Create an account link
To create a new account, click "Create an account" at the bottom of the sign-in form, it switches the same screen into a sign-up form.
Fill in your email, password, and optionally your name and a business name (this sets your account name).
Tick "I agree to the Terms of Service and Privacy Notice", required.
Optionally tick "Send me occasional product updates and tips. You can change this any time in Settings."
Click Create account. Your 14-day free trial starts automatically, no card needed. You decide whether to continue at the end of the trial; there's no charge if you don't.
To sign back in later, use the same method (email/password or "Continue with Google") from makrprep.com/auth.

Trying to reset a password on a Google account, there's no MakrPrep password to reset if you signed up via Google; use "Continue with Google" instead.
