Account settings overview

This article covers every section in Settings and what each one controls.

Steps

Open Settings, an accordion with "Expand all"/"Collapse all": Business Setup, Pricing & Orders, Appearance, Communications, Billing, Data, Account controls.
Business Setup: Currency, Allergen standards, Recipe categories, Component categories, Tags.
Pricing & Orders: Pricing tiers, Order statuses, Production statuses, Low-stock threshold.
Appearance: seven colour themes, "Hide cost & profit figures", "Hide revenue figures", "Show help tips".
Communications: the marketing-emails toggle ("Send me occasional product updates and tips"), with a last-updated timestamp.
Billing: subscription details, "Manage subscription", and "Refer a friend".
Data: Backup & restore (a JSON export, restore, and a backup-reminder cadence), and Sample data.
Account controls: Reset account data, Delete my account.
