Completing and reverting production

This article helps you mark production finished and undo it if needed.

Before you start
Set your Production statuses in Settings → Pricing & Orders, with the ones that mean "finished" ticked Complete.

Steps

  1. On the Production Plan, use "Mark finished items complete" in the summary card at the top.
  2. This deducts ingredient stock for everything covered, aggregating the recipe's own ingredient lines plus any nested component ingredient lines, and locks the affected row (or split).
  3. To undo everything from your last completion pass, use "Undo last cooking," also in the summary card.

  4. For a single contributing row, open that recipe in Recipes in Production and use "Revert to incomplete" next to that row. This reverts just that one row rather than the whole last-cooking batch.

What to expect
Needs verification: exact scope of "Mark finished items complete", every visible row, only selected/checked ones, or something else.

Common issues

  • A per-row "Revert to incomplete" does exist, alongside "Undo last cooking," confirmed via Recipes in Production's Contributing production rows list. Use "Undo last cooking" to undo an entire completion pass, or "Revert to incomplete" on a single row when you only need to walk back one line.
